How do we work?

Please email us your request or fill out a questionnaire online (you can find it in the Contact section) and we will reply to you with a detailed offer. All further details can be discussed on Skype or over the phone. We will provide you with all the options or alternatives, but the final decision will be yours. We always sign a contract and work with an absolute passion for each occasion. Therefore, be ready to relax and forget all your concerns!

What is the best time to get married in Mallorca?

Mallorca is the largest island of Balearic Islands archipelago, located in the Mediterranean Sea. The island has over 300 sunny days per year and thus it is one of the most favourable places to get married in Europe. 

The wedding season starts in July and August. During this period, the climate in Mallorca is hot and dry, and its average temperature reaches about 27-30 degrees Celsius. May, June and September are also very warm and sunny months. During this period, service and accommodation providers are not as busy as in July or August, so a better value for money is possible. March, April and October have a higher possibility of rain, and even though the climate is still warm, it is more humid than in the summer season. During this period, the prices for services are the most favourable. 

When it is recommended to start planning your wedding?

As early as possible. The earlier you start, the more alternatives and service suppliers are available. Also, an early start guarantees more flexibility in choosing the event’s date. An ideal time to start planning your wedding is one year or more ahead of the event. Only professional wedding planners can be faster than that – and we are capable of this – however, rush and stress are not recommended.

How much does it cost to have a wedding in Mallorca?

This question is very natural and we understand its importance. The final price depends on your wishes, the number of guests and many other factors. Please send us a request or complete a questionnaire online and we will estimate a preliminary budget. If required, we can suggest options on how to reduce expenses and can offer alternatives for different budgets. Idea Mallorca always looks for the best value of money for its customers.

Who will sign the contract with suppliers in Mallorca?

If the client prefers, we can sign all the documents and contracts needed and will take control of any payments or other details. It is an agreement between the two sides.

Do you work with all the suppliers in Mallorca?

Do you plan weddings?

Wedding planning is a unique process each time. We can plan the whole scenario from A to Z, but the bride or the groom can also contribute. Everything will be the way you want it! Idea Mallorca is always open to suggestions and tips. ☺

Are same-sex weddings possible in Mallorca?

Yes, of course! If one of the partners is a Spanish citizen, you can legally commit to each other. In case both partners are foreign nationals, we suggest a symbolic ceremony in a cosy and romantic outdoor venue.

How to pick up a wedding dress in Mallorca?

The suitcase is too small for a wedding dress! Therefore we recommend the best option – sending the dress to the wedding planners in Mallorca 2-3 weeks before the wedding. This is the most convenient and the safest way to deliver the dress on time.
